Stencil Sponge Set - Ten sponges

We couldn't live without our sponges!

This set is best for using different coloured lustre dusts on the same cupcake topper as the smaller sponges allow you to be more precise with your shading and embossing. 

The set contains ten sponges in three sizes:

• 3cm diameter x 3
• 2cm diameter x 4
• 1cm diameter x 3

Wash before first using. 

HOW TO USE

1. Roll out fondant
2. Place stencil on top of fondant and roll over once with a rolling pin. This pushes the stencil down on the fondant
3. Place a small amount of lustre dust in a palette and gently touch your sponge into the lustre dust, you don't need very much
4. Gently move the sponge in circular motions over the stencil
5. Lift the stencil up, cut with a round cutter and place on a cupcake.

How do I wash and dry the stencil sponges?

Wash the sponges gently in warm soapy water. You may find pushing the sponge against the palm of your hand an easier way to wash them. DO NOT LEAVE TO SOAK! Rinse well, flick the excess water out and then leave to dry standing up on a teatowel (dishcloth). Please be aware that very dark colours, such as a black lustre dust or edible tints, may stain the sponge and that over time they may discolour.
