A fab little tool that allows you to scrap off excess icing when piping, fix boos, pop bubbles in your royal icing, smooth edges, lift a stencil off, lift a cookie up and... you can sharpen the end with a pencil sharpner if it loses it's pokiness. 

Oh - and there's two in the packet! 

Washing Instructions

Super easy to clean, just a soapy wash and good rinse in the sink.
